Zainab Abdullah is a partner in the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice.

Zainab’s practice focuses on representing fast growing companies throughout their lifecycle - from incorporation to exit, and advising venture capital and private equity funds on various investment transactions and portfolio company matters.

With over a decade of experience representing startups and funds in the consumer and technology sectors, Zainab has extensive experience structuring and negotiating venture and growth financings at all stages, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings, and change-of-control transactions. Acting as outside general counsel, Zainab regularly advises her clients on corporate governance, strategic planning, and key commercial and corporate matters.
