Zeno Wirtz advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including private equity transactions. His practice also focuses on capital markets and general corporate law matters.

He studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and earned his doctorate from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin with a dissertation on the implications of artificial intelligence for investor protection. He completed his legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and at international law firms in Munich and New York.

Zeno is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of the Capital Markets and M&A Practice Groups.
