Zoé focuses on advising major German and international clients with regard to drafting and negotiating complex technology-related agreements and on matters concerning cloud computing, software, e/m-commerce, digital media, intellectual property rights and consumer rights.
Zoé studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and the Humboldt University in Berlin. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin with stages in Berlin and Hong Kong. Before joining the firm as an associate, she supported other major law firms during her legal education.
Zoé holds a Maîtrise en Droit from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and LL.M. degrees from the Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon and the University of Michigan respectively.
Zoé is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin.
