Nicholas Doran is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Doran represents public and private company borrowers as well as institutional and alternative lenders in connection with a variety of domestic and international financial transactions, workouts and restructurings ranging in value from several million to several billion dollars, including leveraged, acquisition and asset-based financings; syndicated, bilateral and direct credit facilities; mezzanine financings; bond offerings; private placements; and other secured and unsecured corporate finance structures.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Doran practiced at other multinational firms and acted as legal counsel for the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome, where he consulted internationally dispersed teams on operational matters and related negotiations, corporate governance, internal investigations and compliance.
