Aaron Rauh is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.
Mr. Rauh focuses his practice on litigating complex intellectual property disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal courts involving automobiles, head units and infotainment systems, graphics processors, consumer electronics, and electric skin care devices.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Rauh was a judicial extern to the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and a law clerk in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S.ITC.
Mr. Rauh received his J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center.
He is admitted to practice in California and Washington, D.C.
