Adam Brauner advises and represents employers across a broad range of employment law issues, with particular focus on defending employers in class action and complex wage and hour disputes in California and Oregon. He has worked with and successfully defended small businesses, government entities and multinational corporation clients.

Adam has extensive experience across all phases of litigation, including successfully litigating an administrative trial as second-chair and a wage and hour arbitration as first-chair.  He also has experience advising employers as to best practices and policies, and has negotiated settlements and severance agreements for employers leading to the cost-effective resolution of matters before or early in litigation. Adam has an active pro-bono practice where has been recognized for his immigration-related pro bono work and has argued cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Adam was an employment and litigation associate at two AmLaw 200 firms. He was a member of the inaugural class of the University of California, Irvine Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, was an editor on the law review, and served as a judicial extern in the California Court of Appeal.   Prior to law school Adam attended Georgetown University where he graduated magna cum laude and with honors in Economics.
