Adam Hopkins is an associate in the Real Estate Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Los Angeles office where he assists a broad range of clients with commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Hopkins has assisted in acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and joint ventures involving hotels, offices, apartment complexes, retail properties, and condominiums. He also has experience representing hotel management companies and restaurant groups in connection with operational matters.
Mr. Hopkins graduated cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where he was involved with the Entrepreneurship Law Center representing small businesses and worked as a corporate finance teaching assistant. He received his B.A. in philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Mr. Hopkins previously worked as an associate at a Los Angeles based law firm.
