Adam Regoli is a member of Morrison & Foerster’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Group. He represents public companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, derivative suits, and other high-stakes litigation. He also represents clients in internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters, including investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Regoli has experience representing clients in a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, natural resources, and financial services.  In addition to securities litigation and enforcement matters, he has represented clients in consumer class actions, antitrust matters, contract disputes, and trade secret litigation.

Mr. Regoli received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He received his J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School. While at Stanford, Mr. Regoli served as articles editor of the Stanford Law Review and received the Hilmer Oehlmann, Jr. Award for excellence in legal writing. Following his graduation, he clerked for Judge David Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Regoli was an attorney at the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm.
