Akinari Nakano is an associate of Morrison & Foerster Law Offices.

Mr. Nakano obtained his LL.B. from University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 1999, his MIM (Master of International Management) from American Graduate School of International Management (current Thunderbird School of Global Management) in 2003, his J.D. from University of Tokyo Law School in 2014 and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in December 2015 (68th trainee).  Before starting his law career, Mr. Nakano spent 12 years working for the Ministry of Finance (MOF) including 5 years for the Financial Services Agency of Japan (FSA).

Mr. Nakano is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
