Alexander Rosenberg is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.
Alexander’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial transactions, including patent and patent pool licenses, data licenses, SaaS agreements, joint development agreements, collaboration agreements, services agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, reseller arrangements, patent settlements, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on open source software licensing, including in connection with strategic, compliance, and diligence matters.
Alexander earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was the articles editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review. During law school, he worked on a software program to automate analysis of HIPAA with CodeX, The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics. Alexander received his B.A. summa cum laude from Cornell University, where he was selected as a Merrill Presidential Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.Show More
