Alexander Rosenberg is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Rosenberg worked at Google on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions including software, consumer retail, and robotics companies. He also helped to negotiate licensing deals for life sciences and inbound agreements for marketing and technical infrastructure teams. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg served as a project director for an educational nonprofit in Tanzania, focusing on literacy and community development.
Mr. Rosenberg earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was the articles editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review. During law school, he worked on a software program to automate legal analysis of HIPAA with CodeX, The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics. He also taught negotiations for Project ReMADE, a program that helps formerly incarcerated individuals develop businesses. Mr. Rosenberg received his B.A. summa cum laude from Cornell University, where he was selected as a Merrill Presidential Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
