Alice advises clients on a full range of data privacy matters. Her practice covers both contentious and non-contentious work, from regulatory disputes to internal compliance counseling.

Alice guides organisations on how to navigate their data privacy obligations, balanced against the commercial drivers which require businesses to use personal information.

Alice helps multinational clients to design and implement large-scale compliance programs, including drafting internal governance documents and training staff on the EU General Data Protection Regulation. She also assists companies with negotiating agreements that involve the processing of personal information, running electronic marketing campaigns and managing international data transfers.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Alice worked at a multi-national technology firm in Cambridge (UK), and assisted a variety of clients from small start-up companies to large global organisations.

Alice studied law at the University of Essex. She has a strong passion for increasing diversity within the legal profession. Alice serves as a mentor to a number of young people and often attends universities and schools to host career workshops.

Alice is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
