Alice advises clients on data and privacy and covers a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious work, ranging from regulatory disputes to internal compliance.

Alice can help you make most of the personal data you hold in a legally compliant way. She can assist you with negotiating agreements that involve the processing of personal data, running electronic marketing campaigns and international transfers of data. Alice has experience with drafting internal governance documents, carrying out large scale compliance projects and providing clients with GDPR training.

Alice studied law at the University of Essex and has a strong passion for increasing diversity within the legal profession. She mentors a number of young people and often attends universities and schools to host careers workshops.

Before joining MoFo, Alice worked at a boutique technology firm in Cambridge, dealing with a variety of clients from small startup companies to large global organisations. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
