Alisha Turak is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of Morrison & Forester’s Denver office. Her practice focuses on finance and corporate matters. She represents both borrowers and lenders in a variety of financial transactions, including acquisition finance and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Turak worked as an associate in the restructuring and finance group at a New York law firm. In this capacity, she worked on a variety of financial transactions, including acquisition financing, high yield and investment grade bank facilities, corporate bond issuances, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
Ms. Turak received her J.D. in 2014 from Columbia Law School, where she was a managing editor for the Columbia Law Review and academic chair for the Columbia Law Women’s Association.
