Allison Lauterbach Dale is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group, working with clients in the high-tech and life sciences industries on intellectual property matters regarding licensing, product development, and complex and cross-border transactions, including joint development projects and mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Lauterbach Dale has an extensive background in reproductive health law. She received her Ph.D. in history from the University of Southern California, where she specialized in 20th and 21st century U.S. legal and political history, with a primary focus on reproductive health. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law (Boalt Hall), serving as the symposium editor of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. She also holds an M.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from Brown University.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Lauterbach Dale worked as an extern for the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley, Magistrate judge in the Northern District of California.
