Allison Peck is an associate in the Federal Tax Department in the San Francisco office. Ms. Peck regularly advises on the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments, international structuring and securities offerings. Ms. Peck has also counseled real estate investment trusts on compliance, structuring and related private letter ruling requests.

Ms. Peck received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and completed a dual program in global business law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Sciences Po in Paris, France. During law school, she externed for Judge Kiyo Matsumoto of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She received her B.A. from Brown University with a double major in economics and English.
