Amanda Studley is an associate in the Finance & Projects Practice Group. Amanda’s practice is focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in both single- and multi-lender financing transactions involving private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.
Amanda graduated with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Connecticut Law Review and served as auction chair of the Public Interest Law Group. Prior to law school, Amanda was a Teach for America corps member and taught elementary special education at a public charter school in Rhode Island. She received her B.A. summa cum laude in psychology and political science from the University of Rhode Island.Show More
