Amanda Treleaven is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster.

Ms. Treleaven’s experience encompasses complex commercial litigation matters in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, energy, consumer goods, etc. She has assisted clients in litigation, arbitration, and internal and government investigations in the United States, China, the U.K., Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.

Ms. Treleaven received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2009, where she served as Chief Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She earned her B.A. summa cum laude from UCLA in 2004.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Treleaven was an associate in the Palo Alto office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2009 to 2012.

Ms. Treleaven is admitted to practice in California.
