Amber Harezlak is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group in Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Ms. Harezlak’s practice focuses on a range of technology and intellectual property transactional matters, both in connection with M&A transactions and drafting and negotiating a range of intellectual property and commercial contracts, such as service agreements, reseller arrangements, SaaS and other software agreements, development agreements, and license agreements. 

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Harezlak was an associate at another major law firm. Also prior to joining the firm, Amber worked in medical communications, where she collaborated with clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries to create promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals.

Ms. Harezlak earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She received her Ph.D. in bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science, and her B.S. in biological systems engineering from the University of California, Davis. She is admitted to practice in California.
