Amber has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on international and cross-border financing transactions, particularly in the areas of leveraged finance, corporate acquisition finance, syndicated lending, project finance, credit/equity portfolio acquisitions, and restructuring. Her recent experience includes both syndicated and bilateral term and revolving loan facilities, mezzanine financing and bespoke note purchase facilities.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Amber practiced at Gibson Dunn in Dubai where she worked on a wide variety of financing transactions across the Middle Eastern and Asian markets. Prior to that, she was an associate in the finance practice at Kirkland & Ellis in London.

Amber studied Human Sciences at University College London where she achieved a First with Honours. She was also awarded several academic awards and was included on the Dean’s List for outstanding academic performance.

Amber is qualified to practice law in England and Wales (2014) and California (2020).
