Amy Lawrence is an associate in the Litigation Department. Amy has experience counseling clients on advertising, marketing, privacy and technology issues, and sweepstakes and other promotions, with a particular focus on children’s advertising and privacy. She has defended clients in regulatory matters, government investigations, and complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York.

Amy received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and a member of the Urban Law Journal. During law school, she was a board member of the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society and, in 2010, was a runner-up for the Best Oral Advocate Award at the Willem C. Vis (East) International Arbitration Competition.
