Ana Vinueza is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Vinueza worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance. Ms. Vinueza also served as a summer associate and as an intern with Morrison & Foerster and has experience as a corporate paralegal at another major law firm.

Ms. Vinueza earned her J.D. in 2018 from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served on the Women of Color Collective and participated in the New Business Practicum, which advises startups in the Bay Area. Ms. Vinueza was also an editor on the Berkeley Business Law Journal and served as Managing Editor of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from Columbia University.

Ms. Vinueza is fluent in Spanish.
