Andrew Ko is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. His practice focuses on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.
Mr. Ko represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements and debt financings, including offerings of common and preferred equity, debt, convertible debt and high yield debt and tender offers. In addition, Mr. Ko regularly advises numerous public company clients regarding general business matters, corporate governance issues and compliance with the U.S federal securities laws and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
While in law school, Mr. Ko was a summer associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. He received his LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation with distinction in 2019 and his J.D. in 2018 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Executive Editor of The Tax Lawyer.
