Andrew Stanley is an associate in the Litigation Department of the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on consumer class actions, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes. He has successfully defended clients in cases involving California’s false advertising, unfair competition, and consumer protection laws. Andrew has litigated cases in state and federal courts on behalf of numerous retailers and consumer electronic companies. In 2015, he was part of a three-lawyer trial team in a state court jury trial that resulted in a verdict in the client’s favor, in which he examined expert witnesses.

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. In recognition of his commitment to pro bono work, he received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California in 2015.

Andrew received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a member of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He received his B.A. cum laude in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
