Aniek Schadd is an associate in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. She is a member of the Litigation Department, where her practice focuses on competition law, in particular cartel cases, merger filings and state aid cases.

Ms. Schadd also has specific expertise working with Dutch clients.

Ms. Schadd earned a Master of Law from the College of Europe in Bruges in European Legal Studies in 2009, two Masters of Law from Leiden University in The Netherlands in European Law and in Public International Law, and graduated from Leiden University in The Netherlands with a Bachelor of Law in 2005.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms Schadd worked in the EU & Competition Law Department of a large Dutch law firm’s Brussels office and trained in The Netherlands.

Ms Schadd has been a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers since 2012.

Ms. Schadd is a fluent speaker of English, Dutch and French.

In 2016, Ms. Schadd was recognized by the Legal 500 Netherlands for EU and Competition where she received praise for her “perceptive and thorough approach to problem solving.”
