Annalisa Choy is a Technology Transactions associate in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Annalisa’s practice focuses on transactional matters involving intellectual property and technology, including licensing, joint development, manufacturing and supply, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Annalisa was an associate at another major law firm where she represented clients in patent litigation and intellectual property disputes.
Annalisa earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. While there, she interned at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, and participated in the J.D. Tech Program at Cornell Tech. Prior to law school, Annalisa worked for the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford University. She earned her B.A. in neuroscience, cum laude, from the University of Southern California.Show More
