Barry advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate finance matters. He has broad experience advising organizations with a focus on the consumer goods and retail, technology, media and telecommunications sectors.

Barry earned a B.A. in Economic and Social Studies (First Class Honours) from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law of England and Wales in London Moorgate.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Barry was a Senior Associate at a magic circle law firm in London, where he had trained and spent six months on secondment to HSBC’s Strategic Innovation Investments team.

Barry is qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and he is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
