Benjamin Wang is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office.

Mr. Wang is experienced in advising financial institutions and multinational corporations on a broad range of capital markets and corporate transactions such as initial public offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fund formation and other general corporate and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Wang was an associate in the Hong Kong office of a major international law firm.

Mr. Wang is a native speaker in Chinese (Mandarin and Hokkien Dialect), and is fluent in English.
