Beth H. Tunstall represents banks and other financial institutions on all aspects of secured lending, including venture debt, asset-based financing, second lien financing, mezzanine financing, acquisition finance, and international financing transactions.

A substantial part of Ms. Tunstall’s practice involves representing commercial lenders in both single-lender and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of life sciences and technology.

Ms. Tunstall is also an active member of the Greater Boston chapter of Women in Bio (WIB) and a member of the board of Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF).
