Bob Xiong is an associate in the Capital Markets Group of the New York Office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. His practice focuses on securities and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Xiong advises issuers, investment banks and sponsors in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, at-the-market and medium-term note programs and other capital markets transactions. Additionally, he assists public company clients with ongoing securities law compliance requirements, including stock exchange obligations, SEC filings and corporate governance matters. Mr. Xiong earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Minnesota. He was previously an associate in the Capital Markets Group of another global law firm.
