Braden Sheps is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Banking and Finance practice group.

Mr Sheps represents issuers, lenders and sponsors in various banking and finance transactions including leveraged buy-outs, bank/bond transactions, super senior credit facilities and asset based loan transactions. He has acted as lead and local counsel on numerous multi-jurisdictional transactions and he has negotiated and drafted documentation for transactions with aggregate deal values ranging from £125 million to over €10 billion.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta, he completed the Juris Doctor, with distinction in 2013.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr Sheps practiced in the London offices of an international law firm. He is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in the Province of Alberta.
