Brandon Galovan is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office.

Mr. Galovan’s practice focuses on the formation and representation of private investment funds both in the United States and internationally. His work includes advising on regulatory and operational matters including fund formation, structuring, registration, and compliance. In addition, Mr. Galovan works on general corporate matters including venture capital financings.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Galovan was an associate at a boutique law firm focused on the formation of private investment funds. He was also previously a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco.

Mr. Galovan received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a senior article editor for the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and a member of the UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
