Brenden Cline is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Denver Office.
Before joining the firm, Brenden served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, a law clerk for the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson on the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and a litigation fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Brenden graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he earned the Dean’s Scholar Prize in Constitutional Law. During law school, he interned for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environmental Defense Section and Environmental Enforcement Section. He also served as a student attorney with the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project and as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
Brenden received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Columbia University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics.Show More
