Brennan Young is an associate in the firm’s Federal Tax group. Mr. Young has a broad-based transaction-oriented U.S. federal income tax practice focused on structuring and negotiating the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, and securities offerings including debt and equity offerings as well as structured products.

Mr. Young earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. He received his B.Sc., magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
