Brian Fritzsche is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice encompasses a range of state and federal financial services regulatory matters.
Brian advises banks, non-banks, and financial technology companies on a wide range of complex regulatory issues arising under financial services laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Electronic Fund Transfer Act. He also counsels clients on state licensures for financial services, particularly state money transmission licensure requirements and ongoing compliance with state money transmission laws.
Brian graduated, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Brian served as an editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review, as well as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. He was previously a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster.
