Brianna Liang Velasco is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.
Brianna’s practice centers on intellectual property and commercial transactions, including drafting agreements for software licenses, online terms of service, cloud services, patent licenses, consulting services, collaborations and strategic alliances, sponsored research, and invention assignments. Brianna advises clients in a variety of industries, including software, retail, healthcare, and financial services companies.
Brianna earned her J.D. in 2018 from Stanford Law School and graduated with Pro Bono Distinction. During law school, she participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which provides free tax return preparation services to low-income individuals. Brianna was also a diversity fellow at Morrison & Foerster during her 1L and 2L summers.
Prior to law school, Brianna worked as a law clerk at a criminal defense boutique firm. She received her B.A. in psychology from Stanford University.Show More
