Ms. Donnelly is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department and practices in the firm’s Finance & Projects Practice Group.

Ms. Donnelly’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions and lenders in single-lender and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of life science and technology. The financing arrangements Ms. Donnelly has advised on include mezzanine and co-lender financings, venture debt, asset-based financing, and international financing transactions, and include all aspects of secured lending, including intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements.

Previously in her career, Ms. Donnelly served as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Robinson III, Associate Justice for the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
