Bryan Osorio is an associate in the Litigation Department in Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Bryan received his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.

While in law school, Bryan also served as a chair of La Raza Law Students Association and was an advocate at the Berkeley Law La Raza Workers’ and Tenants’ Rights Clinic, where he analyzed state and federal workplace claims including wage theft, employment discrimination, and employment retaliation. In addition, Bryan worked as a legal intern at Visa Inc., where he developed training presentations on attorney-client privilege, and is a former summer associate in Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Bryan is fluent in Spanish.
