Bryce Silagy is an associate in the Denver office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestitures and joint ventures, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Bryce was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Bryce earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and a member of the Texas Business Law Society. He received his B.A., with honors, in Finance from Michigan State University and successfully completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
