Camila Tapernoux is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Ms. Tapernoux focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including patent and copyright litigation.

Ms. Tapernoux received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was an editor for the Science and Technology Law Review and served on the board of the Society for Law, Science, and Technology. She received her B.A. from Stanford University in human biology with a concentration in science and technology policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tapernoux externed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where she researched and evaluated patent legislation, and was a summer associate with Morrison & Foerster.
