Carmen Wehmeier is an associate in the Finance & Projects Group of the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster. 

Mrs. Wehmeier earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and received her B.A. from Humboldt State University.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Wehmeier worked as an alternative energy consultant for Newcomb Anderson McCormick, where she aided school districts, municipalities, and utilities in renewable energy procurement and the management of energy efficiency programs, and was a legal intern for the Administrative Law Judges Division of the California Public Utilities Commission.
