Caroline Duer Agan is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department and practices in the firm’s Finance & Projects Practice Group.
Caroline’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology and life sciences, and private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.
While in law school, Caroline was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude, and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, magna cum laude.
