Casey Duffy is a litigation associate in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation, Securities Enforcement, and Investigations + White Collar Defense Groups. Casey’s practice focuses on advising clients in a wide variety of white-collar matters, including both internal and government-facing investigations. He also maintains a strong pro bono practice, litigating to secure educational benefits for New York City children with disabilities.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Casey served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. While attending Cornell Law School, Casey was an Articles Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal and a member of the Cornell Capital Punishment and Advocacy for LGBT Communities clinics.Show More
