Cesar J. Santiago is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Cesar’s practice focuses on the development, financing, acquisition, and disposition of renewable energy projects. His experience includes advising clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of wind, solar, and battery storage projects, as well as in tax equity and debt financings. Cesar also assists with real estate and other corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Cesar was an associate at another large law firm, where he focused on project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector.
Cesar earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as a notes editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. He also served as co-chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, programming committee co-chair of the Public Interest Law Fund, and director of communications of OutLaw.
In addition to being an attorney, Cesar is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Prior to law school, he worked in the human services industry in various capacities, including as a program director and operations manager.Show More
