As a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster, Cheyenne prepared memoranda on various U.S. legal issues, including arbitration agreements, appellate procedure, §1983, employment law, and immigration law. Since joining MoFo, Cheyenne has coordinated environmental due diligence for corporate clients engaged in cross-border transactions, and U.S. environmental litigation matters.
Cheyenne obtained her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was awarded the Prosser Prize in Environmental Law & Policy. While in law school, Cheyenne interned at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, assisting with hearing preparation and trial strategy. She also worked on criminal record expungements while interning at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Clean Slate clinic.
Cheyenne received her B.A. with high distinction in Rhetoric and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where she briefly served on the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Sustainability.Show More
