With more than 20 years of experience to draw upon, Mr. Ford has represented such clients as The State of Georgia in its landmark $2.1 billion IT infrastructure and Network Management outsourcing transactions with IBM and AT&T, respectively; Ingersoll-Rand in its IT infrastructure transaction with Computer Sciences Corporation; CB Richard Ellis in its global applications, development, and maintenance outsourcing transaction with Cognizant; and McKesson Corporation in its global finance and accounting outsourcing arrangement with Genpact.
In addition to his outsourcing practice, Mr. Ford represents financial institutions in their processing and network management transactions. For example, he represented MUFG Union Bank in its commercial card processing transaction, adverse to Total Systems Services (TSYS); and a leading global investment bank in its worldwide retail, commercial, and small business credit card processing agreement, also with TSYS, and in its debit card processing and ATM Network management deal with STAR Networks.
