Claire Gunner is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class action and financial services litigation. Claire’s experience includes matters involving federal and state contract and antitrust laws, securities litigation, and internal investigations.

Claire also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has been involved in representing students denied special education services in an action against a school district and the New York State Education Department, as well as securing status for an asylum seeker. She clerked for the Hon. Debra Freeman, U.S. Magistrate Judge, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Claire also speaks French and Spanish.
