Claire Gunner is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Gunner received her B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University in 2015, with a concentration in International Human Rights and Development. While at McGill, she served as English Executive Editor for the McGill Law Journal/Revue de droit de McGill. She was the recipient of the McGill University Lindsey Anne Cameron Award in 2013, the Leon Levinson Award in 2011, and the winner of the Canadian American Bar Association Law Student Essay Competition in 2012.

Ms. Gunner worked for the McGill Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism and was a volunteer advisor for Montreal community organization Project Genesis, where she provided legal information to service users. She is fluent in French and Spanish.

Ms. Gunner is admitted to practice law in New York.
