Clara Wong is an associate in the Capital Markets Group of the London office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice focuses primarily on structured products and securities offerings, for both the retail and wholesale markets. Clara has acted for a number of bank issuers on the establishment and renewal of structured products programme which are compliant with the Prospectus Directive regime in the EU. She specializes in structured securities, including equity, indices, rates, foreign exchange and fund underlyings, as well as experience in other derivative and structured finance transactions.

Clara also advises bank and other financial institutions on various regulatory issues affecting the structured products issuers, such as the Prospectus Directive, PRIIPs and BRRD.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Clara spent time working in Hong Kong and at another City law firm in London.
