Connor’s practice focuses on advising venture capital firms on seed to late stage investments and emerging companies throughout their life cycle, including on corporate formation and structuring, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. In this capacity, Connor often serves in the role of outside general counsel to his emerging company clients.
Connor earned his J.D. as well as his LL.M. in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Law and Contemporary Problems publication. He holds a B.A., with honors, from the University of Maryland Honors College.Show More
