Crystal N. Kaldjob is an associate in the Financial Services Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Kaldjob’s practice focuses on advising financial services clients on a wide range of issues in regulatory and transactional contexts. Ms. Kaldjob’s transactional experience includes counseling financial institutions on strategic partnerships, asset purchases, initial public offerings, and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions, as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to consumer products, including private label and co-branded credit cards. Her regulatory experience involves advising financial institutions on compliance with consumer and retail banking laws, including laws related to the offering and operation of products and services, including credit and debit cards and payment products and lending.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Kaldjob worked as a financial services associate at an international law firm where she focused on transactional matters involving strategic partnerships and payments systems, as well as counseling bank and non-bank clients on state and federal banking laws.
