Crystal N. Kaldjob is an associate in the Financial Services Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Kaldjob’s regulatory experience involves advising financial institutions on compliance with federal and state banking and consumer credit laws, including laws related to mortgage lending, and the offering and operation of products and services, including credit and debit cards and payment products. Her transactional experience includes counseling financial institutions on asset purchases, initial public offerings, and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions, as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to consumer products, including private label and co-branded credit cards.

Ms. Kaldjob is a member of the American Bar Association and serves as a Young Lawyer Liaison to the Consumer Financial Services Committee.
